To wake me up from the decomposed dream.
Then say something that is harmful,
And mightier than the sword.
Lies are followed by indulgence,
So just tell the truth.
Aloud,
No more silence.

The Utopian Reader: Welcome to Sealand

Sealand is a city surrounded by seas. Gorgeous views and advanced technologies made this city famous and special. Sealand is the dream destination for the travellers. With the beautiful sunshine and stunning beaches, this city has been considered as one of the most popular city to travel to.

Sealand is the place where you should take the trip by yourself. Sealand is special in that it is not necessary to talk to people in words. Most of the Sealanders talk in mind with others.  You can make many friends in your trip, and all you have to do is communicate with them in mind. For some individuals with stronger abilities, they will be able to manage their friendship even after they go back to their hometowns, since some telepaths have been found to be able to communicate with people in different countries. This ability has made sealand more special, and it has made the life of the Sealanders easier.

Taking a Cruiseship ride is one of the hottest activity in Sealand. We own the largest, safest, newest ship in the world. The cruise ride is often around 7 days. The ship travels on the Pacific Ocean and stops at some cities and islands.  You can do everything on the ship. The ship has tennis court, bar, casino, movie theatre, spa, and everything you can think of. Are you ready to take the cruise ship of Sealand?

Top 4 things you can do during the year

1) Spring: Eagle’s Bay cycling

Spring is the most comfortable season in Sealand.There are numerous activities you can enjoy during spring. The most popular one is to cycling in the Eagle’s Bay. The trails of the bay are mostly flat and have nice sceneries. There are two cycling routes you can choose: the water ride, and the landscape ride.  The weather in spring is not as hot as in the summer. While you are riding the bicycle, you can feel the warm sunshine and the sea breeze.

2) Summer:Northwest Beach

The Northwest Beach provides the travelers with a relaxed lifestyle. There are many water-based activities you can do during the summer. Many people love to swim in the sea and enjoy the sunshine. There are also many restaurants nearby that cook fresh-seafood. The wines in the Northwest Beach are also famous. People use fresh coconuts to make wines every summer and save it until the next year to consume.

3) Autumn:The Mountain Frozen

One of the most gorgeous views in Sealand is the Mt. Frozen. The weathers in Sealand are mostly warm even in the winter, and therefore snow had never fallen down.  This condition made Mt. Frozen more special. As you climb up to the top of the mountain, you will realize the weather getting colder. When you finally reach the top, you will see snow lying on the ground. The Mountain Frozen has a high elevation, which means it is very cold on the top. That’s why there is permanent snow on the top of the Mountain. Mountain Frozen is a very popular place to travel to in autumn.

4) Winter: Technology Museum

Sealand is a very advanced city. We invented many technologies which made our lives more convenient. We built the first cruise ship hundreds years ago. Even though it is no longer being used, we have placed it in the Technology Museum for display. The Technology Museum has many technologies we invented before, and the museum shows the development of our techniques. It is a place you can’t miss when you travel to Sealand.

A Journal Response to Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird

Dear Diary,

  The summer has passed by,and I miss Dill a lot. The only thing that is interesting enough to be mentioned during the summer is probably how Dill forced my brother to visit Radley's house. There is nothing else that is worth to be remembered.The summer has gone too fast that I was not ready for school yet.

  I did looking forward to the first year of school, but I was totally not expecting what has happened today. My brother told me school is different than home, and I have understood what he meant.I've been told that I can only write or read after I become a grade three student. Miss Caroline is young and proud of her new way of teaching which is called the Dewey Decimal System or something. I don't think there will be any difference between that and the old way. I still could not understand why Miss Caroline slapped my palm with that ruler. I probably should not be so harsh on her even though I dislike her a lot. However, if Miss Caroline stay long enough in Maycomb, she would understand the environment of this small town of Alabama and the way Maycombian communicate. She would see how things work in this tired old town. I probably will go comfort Miss Caroline at lunch today if she was more friendly to me. Anyways, there's nothing more that makes me want to stay in the school anymore.
  
  I hope everything will become better tomorrow that Miss Caroline won't send me to the corner or slapped my palm again. I would stop writing or reading in her class and try to act like I know nothing about English just in case to make her joyful.

The Matches

Miss Hancock was a box of matches

She set everything on fire

She has illuminated my life

As time passed by

She used up all the matches she had

To bring us the intelligence and dream

Miss Hancock was described as old fashioned

Therefore I thought matches were too ancient

And just like others, I tried to get a lighter

She was desperate, disappointed

She was trying to present to us what she had

However she seemed to be too immature

She was the best choice

But only for our childhood

Safe and secure, we will never be harmed

I never thought that her fire would be extinguished

I tried to light her up again

It didn’t work successfully like I thought it would be

I was desperate, regretted

I was trying to present to her that I have grown up

However she will never be awakened again

She offered me the power to believe in myself

She offered me the ability to have dream

She offered me the courage to fight for it

Miss Hancock was like a box of matches

Who was strong enough that could ignite itself

And turned out to be the firework in the sky
